We are having the Christmas Cantata at our church tonight. Whew! There have been many extra practices, and there will be one final practice tonight. After working so long and so hard on something, it will be a relief to be done with it. I don't mean that in a negative way, if that's how it sounds. It's just that we are ready to present it, as ready as we'll ever be, and it's... time.
Husband is out driving College Boy's car. There was an odd sound last night, when Son was driving it, so Husband is checking it out. We are keeping our fingers crossed that it was the road causing the sound, not the car. With all this highway construction around here, it's entirely possible that the sound was the result of a change in the surface of the road. That's my hope! He's just driving in now, so soon enough we'll know.
Must do more Christmas cards today, and will hopefully get them mailed out tomorrow.
