Oct. 19, 2002 ~ Rain and more rain
It's rained nearly 4 inches since last night, and it's steadily coming on down. So much for our town's little parade today. Bet it's postponed. But you know what they say, don't you? The farmers need the rain. Yep. Sure do. The ponds are low, and we haven't had a whole lot of moisture lately, so rain is good.
It's a quiet day today. I slept late and not much has happened yet, so this will be short and sweet. Or maybe just short. But here's a photo that Soldier Boy took while he was here last week. (Don't give up; it takes a while to load.)
